Downtown Olive Street's New Opening, IX II II

The boutique scene in downtown Los Angeles is bigger than ever, but is even bigger now with a new designer co-op known as IX II II.

Famous designers Javier Laval of Android Homme and Sarah and Brandon Scott of Scott X Scott Inc (pictured above) recently opened up this new 3,500 square-foot designer co-op, featuring a showroom and design offices located throughout the area. 

Olive Street neighborhood strongly caught their attention due to its lively lifestyle. The area features bars, hotels, nightclubs, and restaurants. The designers were attracted to it because of its booming presence.

Although a luxury store is a bit unusual for this area, Laval and the Scotts wanted to take a gamble. They hope that artists, musicians, and fashionistas will stop and shop at IX II II.

The store is open by appointment only and will feature brands such as Android Homee, B:Scott, Sarah Scott, The:Odds and One:One. The retail price ranges from about $60 to $450. We wish them lots of success!
