This collection is all about textures, textures, textures. Siriano chose to stick with neutral colors so that all focus will be drawn to the rich fabric and design. Fringe is a huge statement of this collection. It gives off a vintage, roaring 20s flapper vibe that is both daring and elegant. It's time someone brought back the fabulous fashion of one of the most fabulous eras in America.
